The Process

If we already have an active NWMLS Form 110 on file for your brokerage/office then simply download and complete the "New Client Questionnaire" and "Credit Card Authorization" forms below and return them to us by email at support@idxnw.com or by fax at (425) 277-6117. We'll take care of the rest and your new account can be created in as little as an hour. If you're unsure if your office is already approved then just give us a quick call and we'd be pleased to verify that for you.

If we don't already have an active NWMLS Form 110 on file for your brokerage/office then simply download the "NWMLS Form 110", "New Client Questionnaire" and "Credit Card Authorization" forms below and return them to us by email at support@idxnw.com or by fax at (425) 277-6117. Your designated broker will need to complete and sign the NWMLS Form 110 before returning it to us and once we receive it we'll sign it and forward it to the NWMLS for formal approval. The NWMLS approval process can happen in as little as two business days, but allow for up to a maximum of two weeks due to their current process.
