What is an IDXflyer?

What is an IDXflyer?

Do you advertise your listings on sites like craigslist.com and backpage.com, but don't like the bland presentation they offer for postings? Do you use the services of Postlets™, but have better ways to use your time than manually entering listing information and limiting yourself to only a handfull of property photos without paying for their premium offering? IDXflyer is here to help you and it's absolutely free of charge for clients of IDX Northwest.

How it Works

In our IDX back office administration panel there is a page that lists out all of your current listings and the listings of other brokers that you've indicated to the system that you have permission to advertise (per NWMLS Rule 190). With only one click of the mouse you'll be provided with a piece of HTML code that you can paste in to the description box on sites like craigslist. This code contains all of the relevant listing information and listing photos directly from the IDX database, as well the color scheme and all of your branding images, and with this tool you'll be able to post an IDXflyer in under 30 seconds. Click 'new ad' on craigslist and enter the posting title and price. Copy and paste the IDXflyer HTML code. Press submit. Enter the CAPTCHA text and your're done. That's all there is to it!

We Customize

We also offer the ability to completely customize the IDXflyer template to match your existing branding, such as paper flyers and other media, for a surprisingly low rate. Contact support with any questions regarding the IDXflyer customization services that are available.
